Lot 45 

Lot 45 is now available to rent for the 2024 season.  Large shaded lot in a quiet section of Sandy Shores.  Enjoy all of the amenities which include the lake, salt water swimming pool, pickle ball court and group activities.  The fifth wheel is not included in the rental, just the site.  Seasonal rate is $5000 without utilities.  Monthly is $1300 with utilities.  Contact Holly Reason at reasrn5@gmail.com
