Lot # 42 

Very nice level lot on quiet Duck Walk that is close to the clubhouse, pool and lake. Lot has a concrete pad with utilities (Electric 50 and 30 amp, Water, and Sewer) on both sides. Thus the RV can be pulled in or backed into the lot. Can easily accomodate a motorhome or trailer. The lot has four panels of stockade fence in the rear. Some of the pictures were before the fence was installed.

Lot is available for rent on a seasonal basis only.

The aluminum boat in the picture on the pad will be stored on the right side of the lot by the road. This boat is NOT available for use or rent.
