Lot 41 is a large lot with a concrete pad.  It has both 30 and 50 amp service electric, sewer, water and a fire ring.  It is conveniently located near the bathhouse and laundry. Resort amenties include a lake for small boats, clubhouse,  and salt water pool.  It is located in mid coast Maine, close to beaches, trails, and plenty of shopping and restaurants.
