Lot #27

This large, privately owned site  is located inside of gated Sandy Shores RV Resort.  The site has a large concrete pad with a 50 amp hookup.  There is also a storage shed for use by tenant.  The site can accomodate any size RV (minimum is 20').  If RV is over 10 years of age, pictures must be provided for approval. RV site is available for monthly or seasonal rental. The season runs from May 1 to October 31.  Rent includes water, sewage, trash and use of common areas including salt water pool, laundry facility, community dock and clubhouse.  

And of course, your leashed, well behaved pup is welcome. (minimum of 2 dogs).

Monthly rate is $1200 including electricity

Seasonal rate is $5400 plus electric (6 months)
